The Cave Pattaya

The venue has been made with a custom stage at the far end of the room, with a professional sound system, stage lights and ceiling lights that all help to make this a great live rock music venue. The house band are very experienced and can play your favourite hit rock songs from over the years on request. They clearly enjoy playing rock music too.

The bar has been built to the left of the room so as not to obscure the view of the stage, which is often the problem in many venues that are adapted for live bands, but not so at The Cave.

There are 5 flat screen TV’s around the main audience area with 2 of these towards the entrance of the venue. Each screen has a live video feed from the stage so you can watch the band wherever you are in The Cave. When the band are having a break, the TV’s switch to playing rock music videos, with the sound played through the in house system.

“Opening hours are from 6 p.m. until late with the house band play from 8.30 p.m. until 12.30 a.m. every night”
( we keep the band playing if we have enough people in )

Also, if you’re hungry, food menus are available for the Brooklyn Diner and the Curry House, both being locals restaurants and delivery to The Cave is free.

The Cave opened in December 2014 following a 4 1⁄2 month construction period. The entrance is well lit with a Jimi Hendrix style lit up white guitar above the cave mouth, which looks very cool at night when this music venue really comes alive. There is seating throughout with inside and outside areas too that can comfortably seat 45 customers. If you want to enjoy the music, but still chat with your friends, then the relaxed seating area at the front of the bar is the ideal place. Alternatively, you can also sit right in front of the stage area and enjoy a good old head banging session with the band!

The bar owners, Rod and Gus, clearly have a passion for rock bands and have spared no expense in creating the premier intimate live rock music venue in town. They are seasoned Thailand ex‐pats and bar owners both spending over 10 years in the Kingdom. If you like your classic rock tunes played by pros with a kick ass sound, come on down to The Cave on LK Metro, you’ll be glad you did!
